We are seeking a caring and dedicated Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our team.
At TLE, " happy happens here " is more than a motto—it’s how we create a warm, loving, and engaging environment for every child.
We are looking for an Infant Teacher who is passionate about caring for babies, building strong relationships with families, and helping infants learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones.
A clean, safe, and engaging infant classroom with the materials and resources needed to support learning and development.

As an Infant Teacher, you will:
Follow each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines.
Support infants as they reach important developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play.
Build strong and trusting relationships with children and their families.
Keep families updated throughout the day through our mobile app and personal communication.
Work closely with your teaching team to provide consistent and quality care.
Follow all TLE policies, health and safety guidelines, and state licensing requirements.
Have a genuine passion for caring for infants and young children?
Have professional childcare or infant experience? (Have one year of professional teaching or childcare experience? (Have six months of professional childcare experience? (Have a high school diploma/GED? (Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field? (Full-Time Infant Teacher Benefits:
