Head of Operations & Business Management

Operations SupervisorInsight Global is looking to hire multiple Operations Supervisors to join one of our large manufacturing clients at their Austin, MN facility. In this role, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, leading team members by managing and executing plant processes and attaining production and quality goals. You will oversee individual product lines with up to 20 employees, ensure that the line is running properly, and support, develop, and coach team members who are struggling.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience within a leadership role as a shift lead, supervisor, or manager OR Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree.Strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate within a team settingStrong ability to handle confrontation and coach and develop team members, and possessing strong communication skillsAbility to work in colder or warmer environmentsComfortable working 50-60 hour work weeks during busy time periodsNice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience working within a manufacturing setting.Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday through Friday. 10 hour shifts, with potential to work into weekends on Saturdays and Sundays. Any weekend hours can be compensated with additional PTO or your hourly rate equivalent.This is a permanent position, with strong opportunity to grow within the plant or corporate side of the business gaining strong leadership experience. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,500 with a $6k bonus at the 1 year mark. Other benefits include 17-20 days of PTO, 401k match, pension plans, tuition reimbursement for each employee and for their dependents.
