Head of Client Support Services

Jerry's Auto Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the Fixed Operations team at our newest location in the Sioux Falls/Harrisburg area.

We're looking for someone who understands every part of a service department because they've worked in it. If you've been a Service Advisor, managed a Parts Department, and have experience leading a service team, we'd like to talk with you.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Service and Parts Departments while building a team that provides outstanding customer service, operates efficiently, and takes pride in what they do.

Service Department

Oversee the daily operation of the service department

Schedule and manage workflow to keep customers and technicians moving efficiently

Review repair orders for accuracy and quality

Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive ownership experience

Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, labor sales, and department performance

Work to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Parts Department

Oversee inventory, purchasing, receiving, and stocking procedures

Make sure technicians have the parts they need to keep repairs moving

Monitor inventory levels, gross profit, and inventory turns

Maintain accurate inventory controls and department organization

Hire, train, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts personnel

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching

Build a positive culture where teamwork, communication, and customer service come first

Previous experience as a Service Manager

Experience working as a Service Advisor

Parts Department experience

A strong understanding of dealership fixed operations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Bonus Qualifications

Experience managing dealership fixed operations

Experience using CDK or another dealership management system
