Job SummaryWe are seeking a hospitality obsessed People & Talent Manager for a high-volume, highly visible, campus dining account. Our business savvy human resources leader must be proactive with demonstrated passion, drive, & motivation to create value through direct and personal impact on the business. Please note - this is a full time, on site role.Drive the continual evolution and execution of R/A's People Leader-focused CARE strategy that modernizes our People Leadership strategies focused on Communication, Engagement, Learning and Development strategies that help employees navigate their work environment, while positively impacting overall employee, customer, and client experience; Work directly with R/A business leaders to set the highest quality and service standards; partners with operations to encourage, empower, train, develop team members to be their best in their career. QualificationsQualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of professional HR leadership accomplishments. they quickly gain credibility based on demonstrated performance coupled with tactful, emotionally intelligent communication. Bachelor's degree and minimum five + years of experience in People/Human Resources Leadership, Employee Engagement Training, Talent Management, Development, and Learning.
