ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join their team in San Diego, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes

Help with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities

Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
