Job Title: Remote Distribution Designers/Engineers

We are seeking a skilled Distribution Designers and Engineers with extensive experience in the power delivery sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Distribution Design Studio in distribution design and engineering. Design and develop distribution systems using DDS.

Perform design engineering for power delivery projects, focusing on pole design, relocation, and replacements.

Ensure quality assurance and quality control across all projects.

Collaborate with teams to support CenterPoint or AEP projects with an emphasis on resiliency and new pole location design.

Maintain project timelines and deliverables in a remote work environment.

BS degree in an Engineering discipline

• 1-3 years of experience as a distribution engineer, designer, or design engineer.
• 1+ year of experience in resiliency, including new pole location and roadway pole relocations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
