Human Resources Recruiter (Temp)

Proactively source and engage technical and infrastructure talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical data center and infrastructure hiring initiatives. Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments. Manage candidate activity and submissions within Amazon's recruiting systems and ATS. Partner closely with recruiting teams to support high-volume hiring goals.

1–3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
