Production Machinist -- Full-Time

Stable full-time role in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Work with experienced machinists and learn through on-the-job support
Personal protective equipment provided
As a Production Machinist, youll perform repetitive and precision machining using CNC and manual equipment. Youll follow clear blueprints and work orders to create quality metal parts, maintain tolerances, and ensure proper setup and inspection of your work. Youll work independently after initial training and collaborate with higher-level machinists as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Operate lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and hand tools to machine parts
Select proper tools, speeds, feeds, and materials based on work orders
Report to supervisors or higher-level machinists for troubleshooting or complex setups

Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required
Technical school, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on training preferred
Strong understanding of machinist math and use of measurement tools
Familiarity with CNC conversational control and basic program edits
Ability to work independently after 4 to 6 months of on-the-job training
Basic computer skills and ability to follow written work instructions
