Be a part of shaping the creative voice of two of San Diego's most exciting teams and help define the visual experience for fans from the moment they walk in the door. In addition to hosting world-class concerts, sporting events, and community programming, Frontwave Arena also oversees the business operations for both the San Diego Clippers and San Diego Sockers, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for professionals passionate about sports and live entertainment. As a Crew Member at Frontwave Arena, you are a vital part of the team that ensures our venue is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the arena during events and daily operations.
Venue Cleaning & Sanitation
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Adhere to all health and sanitation guidelines.
Teamwork & Customer Service
Work collaboratively with other Crew Members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaner, floor scrubber) is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
