Job Description Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal

? A growing Houston-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a firm in major growth mode, with multiple additions planned across the legal staff and attorney teams. The firm is looking to move quickly and hire the right candidate as soon as possible.

Hybrid schedule available after 60 days (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding litigation team

This position will support attorneys in all phases of litigation and handle a variety of general paralegal duties for state and federal court matters. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation

Draft, prepare, and review legal documents

Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines

File documents in both state and federal courts

4+ years of litigation paralegal experience

• Insurance defense experience required
• Trucking litigation or personal injury defense experience preferred
• 100% on-site during the first 60 days
• Firm is actively expanding with multiple new hires across legal support and attorney teams
