Sited near the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri rivers, historic St. Find the luxurious Hotel, a haven of tranquility with epic views of the Gateway Arch, in the heart of downtown's entertainment district, just steps away from Horseshoe Casino, the pulse of St. The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean "heart of house" and kitchen environment. Our stewards also ensure a safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department-including the kitchen and banquet teams-as well as other heart-of-house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations. This role reports to the Executive Steward and is overseen by the Hotel's Executive Chef.
Monitoring supplies to ensure that the department is fully stocked
Sanitation: Maintaining clean and organized spaces for the hotel
This is a full-time position
The working hours will vary and may include mornings, days, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
