Food Prep Requirements:

Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Food Prep Responsibilities:

Ensure proper storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of food items to maintain freshness

Maintain a clean, organized prep area while following food safety guidelines

Support team operations, including assisting with buffet setup and guest needs when required
