Primary Function SummaryAdapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principlesActive participant in the Elimination of Waste Team meetingsSupport the Company’s Goals and ObjectivesOperate machinery in various CNC machining centersSet machine controls according to program and installs fixturesResponsible for set-up, repairing tooling and troubleshoot machines in their cell areaMake preliminary check on first piece, adjusts tools to maintain proper dimensions and part quality overallComplete and update all paperwork on a daily basis (production reports, PPLH, TAKT, scrap reports, etc.)Manually position and remove tools as prescribedPerform quality checks on production as specified by Quality controlReporting any quality defects to Team Leader or SupervisionWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDWorking CNC knowledge to include troubleshooting, and adjusting robot positions using teach pendantComputer SkillsWorkplace Machinery (SAP hand held scanners, calculators, printers, and calipers)Working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteriaWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUEmployee Stock Ownership PlanIncentive BonusMedical, Vison, DentalPrescription Drug Plan401kPaid Vacation & HolidaysShort-Term DisabilityTuition ReimbursementHealth & Wellness ReimbursementEmployee RecognitionDiscount Programs
