What You’ll Do (Your Impact) Help residents regain independence in daily activities like dressing, bathing, mobility, and cognition

Design personalized therapy plans that reflect each resident’s goals, not just diagnoses

Partner with nurses, PTs, SLPs, and physicians as part of a strong interdisciplinary team

Educate residents and families so progress continues beyond therapy sessions

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing

Passion for helping others regain independence and confidence

SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome with mentorship support

#
