A wellestablished, employeeowned General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing commercial construction team. The firm delivers technically complex projects across multiple commercial sectors and is known for longterm client relationships, disciplined project execution, and strong internal tenure.
Lead construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to closeout
Maintain control of project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting
Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and contract administration
Coordinate daytoday execution with Superintendents and field teams
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
Background in groundup commercial and/or complex interior projects
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience with industry project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
