Overview Position Summary: Assists members in choosing and ordering eyeglasses, uses computer to process orders, fits eyeglasses, and dispenses eyeglasses and contacts under the supervision of a licensed optician. Provides prompt and courteous member service. Follows department procedures for stocking and cleaning.
Responsibilities Assist members in choosing and ordering eyeglasses and contacts; dispense under supervision of a licensed optician.
Use computer to process orders and maintain accurate records.
Ensure eyewear fitting, dispensing, and customer service are performed promptly and courteously.
Follow department procedures for stocking and cleaning and maintain a clean work area.
