Join our dynamic team at Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Custodian! We are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services that create a welcoming environment for businesses in Fort Wayne, IN. Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

Dust and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.

Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines.

Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
