As our business expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team.
Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers for efficient order fulfillment.
Monitor and manage the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
Communicate with drivers to provide directions and address any issues during deliveries.
Assist in managing inventory and product availability for efficient order processing.
Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and identification requirements.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
Ensure adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis delivery operations.
Knowledge of local geography and navigation tools.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Familiarity with cannabis products and local cannabis regulations is a plus.
This is a part-time position.
Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
Flexibility to cover various shifts and busy periods is required.
Hourly rate: $17 per hour.
