Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge with patients and their care providers about therapy techniques to facilitate continued progress at home.
Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Keep track of clinical improvements and modify treatment plans as necessary to maintain effective care.
Educational Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications Needed
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
