Customs Entry Writer

At least one year of current experience in Customs Entries within the Freight Forwarding industry.
Our client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain management, providing comprehensive freight forwarding solutions worldwide. They leverage a robust network of partners and cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective transportation of goods.
The successful candidate will possess knowledge of international import transportation, import brokerage procedures, U.Manage accounts from start to finish, including preparing all documentation necessary for Customs clearance and PGA compliance.
Provide excellent, thorough, and prompt customer service.
Prepare Arrival Notices, set up files, and input data from agents and freight forwarders.
Handle billing, including ISF filings, and manage documentation such as bills of lading, certificates of origin, and commercial packing lists.
Coordinate with CBP and other agencies regarding quarantine issues, fees, and duty taxes.
Sign documents on behalf of clients using power of attorney.
