Senior Electrical Engineer

Lead electrical system design for commercial facilities, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage controls.

Perform complex load calculations, short-circuit studies, and arc-flash analysis to optimize system performance, efficiency, and safety.

Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and BIM teams to deliver coordinated construction documents on time and within budget.

Serve as electrical technical lead on multi-disciplinary projects, mentoring junior engineers and reviewing submittals and shop drawings.

Interface directly with clients to develop Owner Project Requirements, define project scope, and present technical recommendations.

Support construction-phase services by responding to RFIs, performing site observations, and participating in commissioning activities.

Champion continuous improvement by leveraging emerging digital design tools, automation workflows, and sustainable design best practices.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program (master's a plus).

• 8+ years of building electrical design experience; Demonstrated proficiency with Revit, SKM or ETAP, and lighting calculation software.
• Experience coordinating remote project teams and communicating effectively across time zones.
