Inventory Claim Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims & Chargeback Analyst to review and process vendor/customer claims, validate financial information, and ensure accurate payments.
Responsibilities Review and validate vendor/customer claims and chargebacks.
Analyze sell-through and inventory reports to verify claim amounts.
Process approved claims and payments using SAP .
Manage high-volume claims and maintain accurate financial records.
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding claim issues.
Work with Supply, Sales, Marketing, and Finance/Credit teams.
Ensure accuracy with calculations, debits/credits, and financial data.
Required Skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas .
Strong written and email communication skills.
Good understanding of financial data, numbers, debits/credits, and calculations.
Experience in claims, chargebacks, finance, accounting, banking, or financial operations .
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
