Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel position requiring 1-2 years of Medical ICU experience and WA or compact RN licensure.
Details

Work in a 14-bed Medical ICU with minimal cardiac cases
Patient population includes sepsis, respiratory, some cardiac, and trauma cases
Patient ratio of 1:2 with a charge nurse free of patient assignments
Occasional use of IABP equipment
Uses Paragon EHR system
Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required
No call requirements
Requirements

• Active RN license (WA or Compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA certifications required)
• 1-2 years of ICU experience required
• Medical ICU experience and TNCC certification preferred
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

Work as part of a collaborative ICU team that holds each other accountable to best practices
Located in a teaching hospital in Kennewick, WA, part of the Tri-Cities region
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
Candidates who have worked perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
