The LPN will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, support chronic disease and urgent needs, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations. In this collaborative, on-site role, you’ll work closely with RNs, providers, and custody staff to promote safety, infection control, and quality outcomes.
