Sales Estimator Home Remodeling
A growing home remodeling company is expanding into the Chardon, OH market and is looking for motivated Sales Estimators to join a high-energy team. Conduct in-home consultations and provide customer estimates
Assist customers through contract and financing processes
Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
Partner with project teams to ensure a strong customer experience
Kitchen, bath, cabinetry, or home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Chardon and Northeast Ohio market, including Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, and Trumbull counties
Uncapped commission structure
Paid training program with earning opportunity during onboarding

Mileage reimbursement and technology support provided
MondayFriday with some evening and occasional Saturday appointments
