Overview Behavioral Framework is a mission-driven ABA organization dedicated to empowering children with Autism and their families. We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team.
Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide parent training and clinical guidance
Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment
Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice
Qualifications Active BCBA certification
Compliance with company policies, procedures, and BACB ethical guidelines
Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to support children in a clinic environment and assist clients physically when needed
Commitment to cultural humility, compassion, and ethical excellence
Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
