Oversee daily warehouse operations and a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of medical-surgical product orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM until completion of daily tasks. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, including performance management and scheduling.

• Monitor and manage daily operational workflows, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, to meet performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility and equipment, identifying and reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory control activities.

• Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until daily tasks are completed, which may include overtime.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical products or pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.
