Head of Project Management (Construction)

Project Manager - Mechanical Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities: Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams.
Oversee procurement, submittals, project documentation, and financial forecasting.
Support project planning, execution, quality control, and closeout.
Identify risks, resolve challenges, and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications: 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience, preferably in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical projects. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and financial management skills required.
