Registered Nurse - Respiratory Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Critical Care Unit , providing direct patient care for a diverse patient population, including those with critical, medical, surgical, neurological, respiratory, and detox/withdrawal issues .
The role involves managing complex clinical interventions such as
titratable IV drips
chest tubes
BiPAP
high-flow oxygen
stable tracheostomies
The nurse collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care strategies grounded in evidence and empathy.
Qualifications include
current RN licensure in the appropriate state
preferably a Bachelor's degree
at least one year of relevant experience
The role offers a family-oriented, collaborative environment with nurse-to-patient ratios of 3:1 to 4:1, strong support from specialized teams, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
