Join Heating + Air Paramedics of Waxahachie as a dispatcher and be the vital link between our clients and our skilled technicians. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to coordinate service requests and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Utilize dispatch software to track and manage service operations. Assist in training new dispatch team members as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in dispatching or customer service, preferably in HVAC or related fields. Familiarity with dispatch software and scheduling tools.
