Shift Details: Night shift
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.
Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,)
