Legacy Staffing Associates is a boutique legal search and consulting firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are dedicated to connecting qualified legal professionals with committed employers in the states of Florida & Texas. Our consultative approach and unmatched responsiveness propel us to the forefront of the staffing industry within our fields.

This position operates at the intersection of relationship management, business development, and legal market consulting. This role involves helping attorneys and legal professionals navigate career opportunities while assisting law firms with strategic hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and connecting with legal professionals regarding career opportunities
Conducting telephone and virtual interviews with candidates
Guiding candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates and clients
Building relationships with law firms, attorneys, and legal professionals throughout the market
Assisting firms with strategic hiring needs and market insight
Negotiating compensation packages and facilitating offer discussions
