Hosts will reports to the Baltaire Management team to oversee all matters of communication between the restaurant, managers, and guests. This includes the direction of OpenTable, holidays, incident solutions and guest requests. Ability to show warmth, empathy and hospitality through polished phone skills.

Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift.

Ability to keep up with business needs within the restaurant

Support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.

Walk with graceful efficiency through the dining room to assist with service demands.

Work with spreadsheets to handle lost items, lost credit cards, messages for managers, complaints and large party requests.

Being knowledgeable of all policies and procedures relevant to guests, and if no answer is available within the set parameters, taking down guest information to call them back.

Field event and regular voicemails and complete event inquiries with guests over the phone

Answer department telephone using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.

Able to maintain flexible work schedule including overtime as needed.

Ideal Candidate Will Have: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented or administrative position within a customer-faced environment (ideally fine dining). High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree. We Offer: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE + pooled tips. Free meal per shift. Growth & Development Opportunities
