MondayFriday, 10-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
EMR: Cerner (Required)
Current Colorado RN license or active compact RN license in good standing.
Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience.
Cerner EMR experience required.
Strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
Previous Rural Health Clinic, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience.
Experience with immunizations, medication administration, and nursing triage.
CLIA-waived laboratory testing experience.
Experience supporting quality initiatives and patient engagement programs.
