~Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )

Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone calls while providing outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, copying, scanning, email correspondence, mail processing, and shipping/receiving packages.
Provide general information to employees, customers, and vendors while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, I-9 completion, orientations, employee communications, and basic payroll assistance.
Maintain office supply inventory and assist with administrative projects as assigned.
Collaborate with multiple departments while supporting office operations and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
Receptionist Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
High school diploma or GED required.
One to two years of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications.
