Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join one of our clients in the area. The BCBA will oversee client treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and work closely with families to ensure positive outcomes through evidence-based ABA services.ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as neededSupervise, train, and mentor RBTs and clinical staffProvide caregiver trainingCollaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEnsure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelinesQualificationsActive BCBA certificationMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldExperience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePTO and paid holidays401(k) with company match
