Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Shift Details

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week, with the possibility of 48 hours biweekly

Provide direct patient care with a focus on compassion and professionalism.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
Monitor patient progress and document care and outcomes in a detailed manner.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary interventions.
Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and situations.
