Experience: Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience, high acuity drip experience, arterial line, bipap-airvo experience preferred

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality care to adult patients in a Progressive Care Unit

Monitor and assess patient conditions, including high acuity drips and arterial lines

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Ensure patient safety and comfort during every shift

Document patient information accurately and promptly

Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols

What You Need

Valid RN license in Missouri or ability to obtain

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of recent PCU RN experience, with high acuity drip experience preferred

Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and work every other weekend

Flexibility to work major holidays; schedule adjustments can be considered
