As a dietary aide, you'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by:
Assisting with meal preparation and food service
Serving meals in a friendly and professional manner
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
Stocking supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
Complying with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
Working collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent resident care
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Passion for serving others and providing excellent customer service
