Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
We are hiring Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution facility in the Orlando, FL 32824 area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for pay increases and advancement based on performance and skills.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, starting at 8: 00 AM until work is completed
Pay: $16.00/hour + overtime
Hours: Approximately 40- 60 hours per week depending on workload
Job Duties:
Pick and prepare customer orders
Lift and move boxes throughout the warehouse
Verify products are correctly packed
Apply labels to boxes
Palletize completed orders
Move and organize products and boxes
Maintain an organized and safe work area
Perform other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move boxes repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
Ability to work overtime when required
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy warehouse environment
Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred but not required
Important: The shift begins at 8: 00 AM and ends when the day' s work is completed. Hours vary based on order volume. Some weeks may be approximately 40 hours, while busy weeks may reach 50- 60 hours .
