Customer Service Officers

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Volkswagen Service Advisor to join our dealership service team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, helping customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while ensuring an exceptional ownership experience.

Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service.

Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and requested services.

Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly to customers.

Obtain customer authorization before performing additional work.

Communicate regularly with customers regarding repair status and changes to estimated costs.

Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.

Schedule future maintenance appointments and follow up with customers as needed.

Maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction scores.

Meet or exceed individual and department sales and performance objectives.

Stay current on Volkswagen vehicles, maintenance schedules, warranty procedures, recalls, and service programs.

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.

Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Ability to explain automotive repairs in an easy-to-understand manner.

Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance.

Ability to work Saturdays and flexible hours as required.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable discussing automotive repairs and maintenance with customers. You should be able to build trust, manage multiple repair orders simultaneously, and work closely with technicians while keeping customers informed throughout the service process.
