Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $16 - $23 per hour (commensurate with experience)

- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our healthcare team in Jacksonville, FL. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and eager to make a meaningful difference.
Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring patients safely
Support nursing staff with medical procedures and patient care tasks
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a Patient Care Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Medical Assistant (MA) program preferred
Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
Ongoing training and professional development
