We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with our business goals. This is a remote position; Hire, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team

Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular coaching and reviews

Oversee Salesforce usage and ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline

Execute sales strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales

Support territory planning and account segmentation

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries required

Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership, planning, and business acumen

Ability to travel up to 30% as needed
