HR Coordinator – Full‑Cycle Onboarding
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and people‑focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role manages the full‑cycle onboarding experience, from pre‑employment screening to hosting New Hire Orientation and guiding teammates through their onboarding curriculum. The HR Coordinator also serves as a trusted employee resource for benefits questions and open enrollment, coordinates Leave of Absence and Disability claims, and maintains accurate electronic personnel records to support compliance and internal audit processes.

What You Will Do
Lead full‑cycle onboarding of new hires, including drug testing and background screens
Host weekly New Hire Orientation and initiate onboarding curriculum
Maintain electronic teammate personnel files
Coordinate Leave of Absence and Disability claims
Serve as employee liaison for benefit questions and open enrollment
Assist with internal annual audits of processes and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements
Experience in an office setting handling confidential information
High aptitude for customer service
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Dependable, accurate, and detail‑oriented
Self‑starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
Effective and professional communication with all levels of management and teammates
Strong work ethic, team player, and ability to maintain a confidential work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
At least 1 year of previous HR experience
Advanced Excel skills

The pay range is $55,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well‑being of you and your family.
