What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Administer/supervise medications perMAP guidelinesand document care.

Transport residents to appointments and community activities.

Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.

What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.

Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.

Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
