Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity, is actively hiring Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in wireless sales, cable sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or technology sales, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Competitive hourly pay
- Uncapped commission structure
- Average earnings of $18-$35+ per hour
- Internal promotions to Lead Sales Associate, Senior Lead, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager
- Many of our current managers started as Sales Associates

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement
o As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

- Sales Responsibilities
- Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Execute proven sales closing techniques
- Customer Service Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
- Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment
Team & Store Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
