Process Engineering\/Manufacturing Intern

Employment Type: Temporary - 12-13 weeks

The Process Engineer Intern will report to the Lead Engineer in the Manufacturing Engineering group and will focus on one of the core semiconductor processing areas in the fab (FEOL, Photolithography, or BEOL). The goal is to generate a first principles understanding of materials, processes, and measurement techniques, and then use that understanding to solve problems that will improve process stability, tool availability, and factory line yield.

Drive a specific project within one of the functional areas culminating in a high visibility presentation

Engage with other team members to monitor daily manufacturing activities and improve operational efficiency.

Undergraduate or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, or Engineering

Introductory course or lab work in semiconductor devices or manufacturing
