About The Role We are seeking a Part‑Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality, patient-centered care that empowers families to take control of their child's development.

Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders

Conduct assessments, evaluate progress, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans

Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure successful implementation of ABA strategies at home

Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Experience working with children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders

Familiarity with ABA software and technology a plus
