CNC Programmers, 1st and 2nd shifts

CNC Milling Machinist - 1st or 2nd Shift - (1145-D) (Full Time) Location: Windsor, CT

Aero Gear has a team-based culture with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement. The CNC Machinist will independently and safely set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis equipment.

Read and understand process travelers, setup journals, tooling sheets and operation sheets to produce complex finished product.

Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area. Wear necessary personal protective equipment as required.

Actively participate in cross-training, cost savings and team activities to improve processes.

Problem-solving / analysis

Minimum of 3 years of aerospace CNC machining experience is required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation is paid hourly and may be adjusted based on level of experience, overtime and shift.
