.The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of litigation and advisory matters by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, legal memoranda, and correspondence. The role includes managing discovery, preparing for hearings and trials, developing legal strategies, communicating directly with clients, negotiating with opposing counsel, and appearing before courts or administrative agencies when required.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent legal writing, analytical thinking, and communication skills while maintaining a strong commitment to client service, teamwork, and professional ethics.
